1. The Service

Fitboard lets you browse an AI-generated, unbranded fashion catalog, arrange items on a canvas to create outfit collages, and save or share them. Catalog imagery is generated by AI and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reproduction of any brand.

2. Accounts

You may browse, view, like, and share without an account. Creating and saving outfits to your personal space requires an account (via social login or email and password). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the collages you create. By making a collage public or sharing it, you grant Fitboard a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service (for example on public collage pages, feeds, and trending sections). Do not upload or create content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.

4. Affiliate links

Some links may be affiliate links. Fitboard may earn a commission when you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. See the disclosure in our footer.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service, and do not use automated means to hammer paid endpoints. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitboard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
